Ontario Dietitians in Public Health Representative: Kerry Schubert-Mackey

Kerry Schubert-Mackey is the Director of Community Health, encompassing all program standards with the exception of food safety, safe water and healthy environments at the Timiskaming Health Unit.  In this role she is also the executive lead for population health assessment, health equity, and effective public health practice. Kerry is also a member of the Ontario Dietitians in Public Health.

Kerry has many years of experience working in public health beginning in 2005 as a frontline Registered Dietitian. Prior to working in public health Kerry worked as a Registered Dietitian in a variety of sectors in Northeastern Ontario. She is passionate about population health and well-being, reducing health inequities and a strong, effective public health sector and workforce.
