alPHa has provided its customary input to the Ministry of Finance consultation for the 2026 Ontario Budget. An in-person deputation was presented by alPHa Chair, Dr. Hsiu-Li Wang, on January 14th, and a more detailed written submission that includes our latest Public Health Matters infographic has been sent directly to the Minister. The consultation process is ongoing and we encourage our members to submit as well. This should be done via the online portal at www.ontario.ca/budgetconsultations.
Written submissions are being accepted until January 30, 2026.
