 Please note, the best way to pay for your registration for the 2026 alPHa Winter Symposium and Workshops is by credit card or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). The deadline to register is Friday, February 6. Cancellations up until February 6 are refundable via electronic fund transfer, less a $50 processing fee. No cancellations will be processed following the deadline. COMOH Section Emeritus and PHPMR registration rates are only for doctors who are retired from the workforce and for public health residents. If it is not possible to pay by credit card or EFT, cheques may be sent to our mailing address. (If you have not already done so, this is also a good opportunity to update your mailing list):
