Registration (alPHa Members - $399; COMOH Emeritus and PHPMRs - $199.50) includes Symposium and Section Meetings. Attendees are invited at no additional cost to participate in a workshop by the OHRC and a second called Risk Communication in a Changing World. The deadline to register is Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Cancellations up until November 15 are refundable via electronic fund transfer or cheque only, less a $25 processing fee. No cancellations will be processed following the deadline.
