Registration (alPHa Members - $299; COMOH Emeritus and PHPMRs - $150) includes Symposium and Section Meetings. Optional Pre-Symposium Workshop Road to Mental Readiness is for BOH Members only and is at no additional cost. The deadline to register is Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Cancellations up until February 21 are refundable via electronic fund transfer or cheque only, less a $25 processing fee. No cancellations will be processed following the deadline.
