Registration (alPHa Members - $399; COMOH Emeritus and PHPMRs - $199) includes the Annual General Meeting, Conference, Section Meetings, and optional Pre-Conference Workshop. (This workshop is at no additional cost to conference attendees.) The deadline to register is Monday, June 6, 2022. Cancellations up until June 6 are refundable, less at $25 processing fee. No cancellations will be processed following the deadline.
