IMPORTANT NOTES:

1.   The Nov. 6 Symposium and Nov. 7 Section meetings (BOH, COMOH) will be held at different locations. The Symposium will be held at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health (DLSPH), Health Sciences Building, University of Toronto, 155 College St., Toronto. The Section meetings will take place at the Chestnut Conference Centre, 89 Chestnut St., Toronto. The locations are nearby one another (approx. 5 min apart by car). 

2.  Attendees are advised to start booking their guest accommodations. Nearby hotels include the Chelsea Hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, and Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Downtown. These are all within 15-20 minutes' walking distance of the DLSPH and the Chestnut Conference Centre. Guestroom blocks have not been arranged with these hotels; reservations at these and other lodgings must be made individually by conference attendees.  

3.  The Reception on November 6 (5-6 pm) includes light refreshments and non-alcoholic drinks. However, there will also be a cash bar with alcohol (sorry, cash only will be accepted; credit cards/debit will not be accepted). NEW
