alPHa Fitness Challenge

The alPHa fitness challenge is back! And this time…no paperwork!

All members are encouraged to engage in masked and physically distant fitness activities (on their own or with those in their household) that are at least 30 minutes in length during the month of May. Participate and share a picture on your Twitter account, tagging @PHAgencies #alPHa2021. You will be highlighted in the alPHa e-newsletter and during the AGM June 8^th.
