If you work at an Ontario health unit, but do not belong to the BOH Section (i.e. are a member of a local Ontario Board of Health) or COMOH (i.e. are a medical/associate medical officer of health in this province) or any of the seven Affiliate organizations of alPHa (i.e. AOPHBA, APHEO, ASPHIO, HPO, OAPHD, ODPH, OPHNL), please select "Health Unit Staff" as your member type.

Individuals who presently work at an Ontario public health unit or are a current member of a local Ontario board of health will be approved as registered users of this website.

For others, please select from one of the following: "Exhib/Spon" (if you are an exhibitor or sponsor at our event); "Speaker" (if you are presenting at our event); or "Other" (only if you are employed by Public Health Ontario or the Ontario Ministry of Health).
