Welcome to the web site of the Association of Local Public Health Agencies (alPHa). We are a non-profit organization that represents public health units and boards of health in Ontario. Through leadership, participation, partnership and promotion, alPHa facilitates the improvement of public health programs and services that better the health of Ontario’s population.
